We are a classical style, family run B&B offering the personal accoglienza and warmth that create a memorable and relaxing stay in our beautiful city. Located in the historic center of Florence, on a tranquill street close to the train station and just a block from the conference centers of the "Palazzo dei Congressi" and the "Fortezza da Basso", our position is perfect for the tourist and conference goers. Our rooms are all comfortable, quiet, and complete with private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and safe deposit box. In addition we offer free access to internet, a continental breakfast, the use of a refrigerator, and guide books to borrow.

Room features:		Our rooms are all comfortable, quiet, double rooms with private bathrooms. The room has a discounted rate for use as a single and an extra bed is available for the larger rooms.
Forms of payment:		Although we perfer cash in payment, we also accept VISA and MC.
Reception and curfew:		The reception is available 24 hours, although, being a small establishment, we ask you to inform us of your approximate arrival time. There is no curfew.

Get there:		We are 5 mins. walking from the main train station - Santa Maria Novella. To arrive, take a left out the train station, cross the street at the large cross walk, and turn right. On your left you will see a McDonalds restaurant, take a left at that corner and you will be on Via Nazionale. Walk up Via Nazionale until the Piazza Indipendenza (a city park easy to recognize because it has trees). Take a left. You will find that Via di Barbano is the street one block after the Piazza Indipendenza. It is a short street and we are at n.1.

In addition we are just one block from the exposition center of "Fortezza da Basso" and 2 blocks from the conference center "Palazzo dei Congressi".
