In our shared flat we offer you a decent place to sleep as well as the option to prepare a meal in our kitchen. You just have to clean up after yourself and simply behave as if with friends.
The apartment is located about a 15 mins. walk from the "Altstadt" the old part of the city with all the pubs, clubs and bars as well as restaurants. Also the "fashion mile" Königsallee is only about 15 mins. away. Same for the river Rhine with its parks and nice cafes in summer.
We do have public parking nearby but you should buy tickets from vendor machines. Plenty of shops and nice and trendy pubs as well as car rental are nearby.

| Other features: | In summer the beaches (of the river Rhine) are quite a cool place to go - especially for the young. The river has become relatively clean again. Even salmon is back these days! Also there is a new and trendy open-air pub in the port area (trendy area) called "Monkey Island". It is next to the river and it consists of quite a big area with little huts, hammocks and cosy benches surrounded by sand. The feeling is really like "summer on the tropical beach" - especially in hot summer nights. See the links we are providing below. | |

| Get there: | There is a direct tram from the station (Line 704 marked "Derendorf-Nord") leaving from the first platform in front of the station. Stop is "St. Vinzenz Krankenhaus" (hospital). Another line to town and "Altstadt" is line 701, stop "Münsterplatz". From S-Bahn-stop "Derendorf" (shuttle train from airport to main station only 2 stops) it is only about 15 mins. walk. Or take tram 701 from "S-Bahn Derendorf" to "Münsterplatz" (2 stops). | |
